AGREEMENT / BLOODLINE SWAP WITH JILL ADOLFSSON

KENNEL CIWI, SWEDEN

We regret to inform you that our written agreement with Jill Adolfsson from Ciwi Kennels in Sweden has been breached.

We entered into a written contractual agreement with Miss Adolfsson that in exchange for Toby, (a Neigepearl grandson, Kaputar Top Secret now called Pach Kelli Oz), we would be getting fresh bloodlines for Australia and be able to pick a puppy from Europe of our choice. It was simply a bloodline swap to help the gene pool in Australia and Sweden/Europe.

We put a great deal of trust in to working with Miss Adolfsson, and felt that because we knew each other for a few years, that it would be OK. This was not the case.

Jill refused to keep to her end of the contract, after we had fulfilled ours. She refused to pay for the puppy we chose to import.

It was then discussed that, instead of a puppy, Miss Adolfsson reimburse us for Tobys expenses.

We spent over $2,000.00 (Australian Dollars) for all of Tobys expenses such as his:

• Purchase price
• Blood testing
• Accommodation
• Plane flights within Australia
• Vaccines
• Titre tests
• Hip & elbow x-rays and scoring.

We have had assistance with Swedish lawyers corresponding with Miss Adolfsson, but Miss Adolfsson has still not paid for Tobys expenses.

We have bent over backwards for Miss Adolfsson, all for the good of the breed, but we have been left with enormous mistrust in our hearts, and without a great deal of money.

We are yet to receive the money Jill Adolfsson owes.

We do well at the 2007 Champ Show!

Indy won Best Open Bitch and Best Open In Show, Runner Up Best Bitch in Show. She is now over half way to her Champion title!

Karo won Best Neutered Dog (for 3 years running now, since being Neutered!) and Runner Up Best Neutered In Show

Remi won Best Junior Dog and Best Junior in Show

And with Remi, we won Runner Up Bred By Exhibitor

Logan and Cooper did well as newbies to the show ring.

Logan won Best Baby Puppy Dog and Best Puppy in Show.

Kua (Neigepearl Secret Affair) and Dingo (Neigepearl Warrigal Wiseguy) are registered with the NHSB in Netherlands as White Swiss Shepherd Dogs.

Neigepearl Kennels are the FIRST Australian breeders of White Shepherds EVER to have their bloodlines/kennel name officially registered overseas!

Unlike whites in Australia, European kennel clubs have a procedure where they can accept registration of dogs who fit the breed standard of the White Swiss Shepherd Dog. In Australia, our local bloodlines are not considered for registration with the ANKC as White Swiss Shepherds. The ANKC made this clear in 2006 and that no more applications will be accepted for the registration of local White Shepherds as White Swiss Shepherd Dogs.

I am very proud of the Neigepearl name now officially reaching foreign kennel clubs. Their litter brother in Finland has also been officially registered (Neigepearl Finnish Sisu).

I would like to thank Linda (Terluner Schloss Kennels) and Yvette (Crystal Moon) for all their love and care of these dogs and their commitment to the betterment of the breed. We look forward to seeing them in the European show rings in the future.

Sisu is doing fine. He likes snow a lot.

A daughter of our Whitepearl Karo (and half-sister to our Indy Neigepearl Vital Obession), Minka has earned her CCD title. She is the first White German Shepherd to earn this title in Australia. Congratulations Minka & Bruce!

Toby (our Swedish export 2006) aka Pach Keli Oz (new registration name in Sweden), is now a Swedish Blood Tracking Champion! Congratulations Toby and Jill!

Indys character/working ability was assessed on the 1^st October 2006 by Southern United Dogsport Club Inc. and they said that she has great drives and temperament is very promising in the sport.

We gave Toby to Ciwi Kennel in a bloodline swap. We will be importing European bloodlines in 2007 in exchange.
